I made my ADR's this morning for my trip in 3 weeks (a last minute surprise trip for the kids). My DD will turn 3 on the last day of our dining, so when I made my ADR's the CM informed me that I would not have to pay for her up until that day, but I would have to on that day. Because it is her birthday, i booked 2 TS meals- Chef Mickey's for breakfast and 1900 Park Fare for dinner. I do not mind paying OOP for her, but I was under the impression that if she was 2 at the beginning of the trip then she is considered 2 for the whole trip. Any input?

I think that's correct, as far as tickets go - but not for dining.

That's correct. Children's food is free until they turn 3. What you are thinking of is the policy on park admission.
