Pay for 2 or 3 for Hoop De Doo?

I want to make ADR's for Hoop De Doo....but it's advanced payment required..
My sister is undecided if she will be joining us...so, do I make a res for 3 to include and pay for her...or make one for 2 and hope they can add her if she decides to go.
I know it's hard to go from a 2 top to a 4 top if the show is booked...
If I start with a res for 3 and then my sister can't make it, will they refund me?

I would make the reservation for 3. If your sister backs out before the cancellation window, just call them up and have them adjust it and refund you the price. The other way may see your sister sitting out even if she wants to go.

This is definitely what I would do if it were a choice between 4 or 3...since they wouldn't try to change the kind of table...it would be a 4 top either way..
I just don't want to get stuck trying to downgrade to 2 and having them tell me there aren't any 2 tops available!
The selfish thing would be to reserve both and then cancel the one we don't need....but I don't want to tie up the system like that...
