Have you seen her new magazine? Paula Deen Magazine I saw it last night at our local news and hobby shop and it's great! Lots of yummy recipes and this month had pictures of her kitchen which I loved.

My parents love her. I went on the web site but it doesn't allow for someone to order a gift subscription and have a bill sent elsewhere. I just sent the company an email so I hope that they will restructure the site to allow gift orders.

I like her, but boy does her stuff have a lot of calories!

I've heard her say:
"You know I never used to like Avacados, but when I found out how many calories and fat they had, I just *had* to find a way to use them more in my cooking!"

Every time I've seen this woman on the cooking channel, she's deep frying something One time she was making apple turnovers (deep fried, of course), and talking about how she used to make these for her kids for a snack when they were growing up How does anyone cook like her and not die of a heart attack at 30
