Ok, so I know that everyone recommends her but I would like to know if there are brides who have curly difficult hair who used her? My hair is curly and can put up a good fight, so I would love to know if she can handle this?

are you planning on blowing it out and have her curl it or just use your natural curls? i have curly hair but blew it out for the wedding and then she curled it. it stayed all day and even the next day. patricia is wonderful and i highly recommend her. i would suggest doing a trial with her if you are down for your planning session or for any other time. i think she would be able to handle curly hair, she is very talented.

My hair is difficult in the Florida heat. It can vary from weird frizzy waves to nice looking curls. I never know what is going to come up when I'm there. Patricia did a great job though!

I'll probably blow it out and then style, and your right, I def would like to do a trial with her during my planning session. Ive heard such raving reviews about her so Im sure she must be talented.

When you did your trial, did you bring pictures with you of what you liked?

Is she able to provide sample pricing? I have no clue how much these services cost!

yeah i brought pictures with me on styles that I liked and she worked from there. she wrote down what she did and what makeup she used in my trial. her prices are great 50 for hair, 50 for makeup, 50 for trial and then she does charge a travel fee. it was worth it because you must know how expensive it is in ny to get all that done. me and my girls loved what she did. i like her also because my make up was so natural looking which is how i am normally. hope this helps!

While I was at my trial with Patricia she told me that she has very curly hair herself and I'll be truthful I though her hair was pin straight bc she styles it so well.

I have very fine and straight hair so I can't give an opinion but based on her own hair it looks like she can do a great job.

Patricia charges $60 for hair and $60 for makeup.

if you google her name, her site comes right up. for the trial i think its a 100 for the hair and a 100 for the make-up. then on the wedding day it says 60.00 for each service (hair or make-up).

The trial is $100 for hair and makeup. On the day of it's $120.

My hair isn't curly per se...but its very thick, wavy, and mangy naturally. I look like a feral child if I don't blow it out or flat iron it.

I think she did a good job. She blew it out first, and then curled it.

LOL...ok you really made me laugh. I saw your wedding pictures and I totally would have NEVER known that about your hair. You look great!

I have a silly question for you guys, but should I have my hair wet when she comes or should I dry it myself and she goes from there?

I asked her the same question before my hair trial and she told me to blowdry it like I normally do.

I usually blow it out the day before if I am getting it done. My hairdresser has told me that they want it a little "dirty" since it holds the hair style better. That is what I did for my wedding. You would never know that I have really curly hair.
