The wonderful world of facebook, I tell you!
I'm going to keep it short and very very generic....
Is it necessary for someone who might be the father of someone else to contact the mother over that paternity issue if the "child" in question is an adult? Like--many years into adulthood?
I'd provide more info, but I'm really trying to make this as camouflaged as possible.
Let's just say that we got an odd facebook message this morning. Only, I didn't b/c they sent it to the wrong LLP.
And there is a snowball's chance that what was stated to us is true, we just would like to know if the "child" can handle it on their own.

I'm confused - so an "adult child" contacts someone and wondering if the mother has to be notified if they are going to do a paternity test.
