Pat O'Briens or Motown?

Which restaurant would you choose Pat O'Brien's or Motown? We are a family of 4 adults and 3 children. Thanks!

Never tried Motown but can tell u loved Pats food was good but sitting listening to the pianos was great

Motown for me. The food is okay, but the atmosphere is lots of fun!

Both are fun, festive places. We really like the food at Motown. Service hasn't been the greatest there for us though. One idea for you might be to go to Pat O'Briens on a Tuesday evening. They have 2 For Tuesday with half price appetizers and half price on some beer and specialty drinks. Even if you don't drink, the half price appetizers are a good deal. We made a meal for 2 adults with the crawfish nachos and buffalo wings. Kids are not allowed after 9:00 at Pat O's. They did however allow us to stay with kids after 9:00 once.

Thanks so much for your comments. It sounds like I can't lose no matter which one I choose! We will be there for only two nights this trip so we won't be eating too many meals which is a shame...lol.
