Since I booked my cruise Friday night I have been unable to book any activities or complete my online check in. I called DCL and they said some new booking are having this issue and they are unsure if it will be resolved but not to worry I don't need to do the checkin and they can do everything at the port in 5 minutes for me. I was curious as towards what time I can show up to the port of Miami? Do they do PAT like they do for port canaveral?

When is your cruise? Online check-in should be available at 75 days prior to embarkation for new cruisers. I have heard that there may be a delay for the system to recognize a payment if your reservation wasn't paid prior. Online access is removed for all passengers 3 days prior to embarkation. If your cruise is very soon, yes you can show up at port and take care of the same formalities as done online for check-in. You would need to board and go to the proper locations, though, for booking things like excursions and adult dining as I don't believe they will do that at the terminal during check-in. While I haven't read reports of guests being held outside the Miami terminal due to PAT issues, your boarding number is tied directly to your PAT; so without a PAT you likely will not board early regardless of when you show up. I'd suggest arriving early afternoon, maybe 12:30-1:00pm to avoid a long wait for boarding.

Enjoy your cruise!

The cruise leaves on the 24th. I just booked it Friday night an OGT rate room through an online TA.

They do check for PAT's before 12:30.
Before that they do check PAT's. There is usually a line when they start letting people into the terminal around 10:30. They start boarding about 11:30. About 12:30 they go to open boarding and there is not a line to board. They don't check PAT's at this time.
So if you get there 12:30 or later you should be ok.
