I have a whole Boar's Head Pastrami. We did hot pastrami sandwiches last night, but we can't possibly use all of the meat doing that without hating pastrami in two weeks. So I need your creative ideas!

Go to a website like allrecipes.com and do a search by ingredients. You should find some new ways to serve it. But be warned that no matter how you slice it, your family will grow to hate pastrami by the time you finish the hunk of meat. Which leads me to ask the question on everyones mind. Why would you buy a big honking chunk of meat like that if you had no plan on how to use it? It could not possibly have been cheap.
A relative of mine works for Boars Head. One of their clients' orders was not accepted because of a situation with their kitchen. He brought me a portion of that order, including the pastrami. I will probably freeze a good portion of it for future use, but I hate the thought of wasting it even if it was free.
