I know there was a thread about best self tanners but can't seem to find it. My days of taking trips to the tanning beds are pretty much over. So I'm looking for a good self tanner. Any suggestions?

I personally use Loreal med/dark gel on my face
ANY spray on my body (med/dark)
and the Jergens dark for the tops of my hands (otherwise it's too dark and scaley looking)

I have it down to a science.

The thing about self tanners is this... if a self tanner 'works' for you (and doesnt make you funky orange) than any brand will work. It's just a question of finding a formulation (or even scent) that you like.

Remember that NO AD brand? Is that still around? They had THE BEST - and I mean THE BEST self tanner, ever. The $7 for a HUGE bottle didnt hurt either. They dont make it anymore.

I'm pale. Super pale. Casper white. Whatever you want to call it. I have a hard time finding anything that doesn't turn orange somehow just because my skin is like a white canvas.

I bought Jergens Natural Glow moisturizer two weeks ago, it does bring color but you do have to give it a few goes to get used to applying it. I'm still experimenting.

we are using Hemp Bronzing Moisturizer. we got it from Sally's. works fast.

I've used L'Oreal and like that - works faster than the Jergens, but the smell is stronger. My DTwin tells me she's been using Vaseline and there's no odor to that one - her color was pretty good so I think I may be trying that one next time.
