For a disney wedding, what does it cost for disney to set up your tables for you. I am making my decor and centerpieces at home. I remember someone telling me there is a limit per table what they will set out before they charge extra. Does anyone know anything about this or any other decoration tips or limitations disney has I should know. I want to start buying, and budgeting!! THANKS GIRLS!!

Anyone?? I am working on my budget and centerpieces I just dont want to go overboard if disney is going to charge me extra for having too much?? Also I know we will be having only 39 guests and tables sit 10. Will they sit less so we can have more than just 2 tables (there will be 12 of the 39 sitting at the head table)??

I can't remember what the charge is, but I know you get charged after 3 items per place setting. So if you wanted your favors at every place setting and like menu cards and something extra, they'd charge you for that.

I forget the charge too but for me I had quite a few tables and it would have added up. I made my own and brought them with me too. I had a few family memebers who set them up during the cocktail hour. They offered to do this for me as they 'expected' to be involved somehow. So this worked out well. I just left a picture of what the centerieces should look like as well as separate bags for each table that conatined the centerpiece, seating cards (and a map of their location for each table), and favors.

Yes, you can have less than 10 people at a table. We had mostly tables of 8 people and one of 6 even though the tables could set up to 10 people.

Yes it is 3 items per person, the charge is $35 per hour with a min of 1 hour. You would not need more than 1 hour so would probaly still end up saving by doing them yourself.
