PassPorter users:

I like the cutting out and taping back idea.

I only use the actual park map as a souvenier. I'm not opening that big thing up in the park.

I went solo in January (without DH the pack mule) and carried mine, but only once. It got really heavy after a couple of hours.

Had an old '03 version, went for the deluxe one this year. It is so much heavier! Not even sure if I want to stick it in my carry-on, sure don't want to lug it into the parks.

Recommend Aronda's WDW Vacation Prep Pad, 4 X 5 inches w/the folders & daily schedule info - way easier to stick in a fanny pack.:thumbsup2

Will leave the big book in the room.

What is that? Website?

I plan on carrying a mini-backpack with me, so I will probably carry the whole book with me.

I just wanted to say, You guys are hard core!

I do some planning, and I use my PassPorter, but it never occured to me to actually carry it IN the parks! I write my ADRs on a piece of paper and grab a park map at the entrance and away I go.
same here! I do carry it on vacation to write in (if I remember, & am not too exhausted) at the end of the day, & to read on the plane. I also use this as my plane activity on the trip home, doing all the catch-up writing. But i'd never consider taking it to the parks with us.
