I've always enjoyed my passporter, and have suggested it many times to others, but not so sure about their customer service this time around. They are having trouble getting their shipment, which seems to be out of thier control, but had no problem processing my order, and accepting my money over 3+ weeks ago. Hope things get resolved soon.
WOW! They are very comprehensive and perfect for an obsessive planner (such as I am)
. I figure if I'm going to spend a few grand at Disney what's another $20.00 or so (shipping and tax)to invest in planning
?

(which i was aware of but it was nice of them to offer) Passporter also gives away the older editions at least once a year (plus shipping) and I have taken opportunity to order these and give them to family members that are planning trips.
I really love my passporters, I have ordered one every year and it is the best place to keep everything pertaining to our vacation. It even fits in the room safes and that's where I keep it.
