Passholders to begin testing MG/FP+

Just got back from WDW two days ago. Already have my magic bands and have annual passes. I did not receive any email or indication that I was selected to test FP+ as an AP holder.

I do not have any upcoming hotel reservations. I was just able to go on MDE and book fast passes as far out as March 28.

but did you have a hotel reservation with this past trip to WDW? If so that is why you can book future FP+. And that is also why you have magic bands already.

So if you can book for 7 days of 60.. even if you stay on site you cannot have more...? Honestly I would seriously consider skipping the AP? :confused3 I would probably pay the premium to get tickets on each trip.. and then skip the 3-5 day short trips we sometimes take in between. I like booking a 12 day trip, and sometimes a 9 day trip.. Sometimes a 10 day trip with a 4 or 5 day trip within 2 months.. this will not work. Why put rules in vacationing?????

If this is 7 days for off site, plus resort ressie, I am on board..!!!!! :thumbsup2

I just went into mydisney experience.. and I no longer have FP options. .. :faint: it states this is testing blah blah blah

Yes...
It has nothing to do with the passes. I had annual passes on the bands in November and actually added and stripped an older hopper off...
Mainly to just see if they could handle it at pest services...I'm annoying like that

Does anybody know if these things are reprogramable/ transferable yet?

We have a split stay coming up and I feel the aggravation already setting in...

Yes, I stayed on property a few days before testing and that is why I have bands already.

I posted this because one of the rumors or articles I read said that AP holders would be able to get FPes 60 days out w/o a new resort reservation once they had stayed on property one time after getting the AP. Then the next article I read said they they are testing this with select AP holders now.

I never received anything about being invited for the test but it worked for me when I tried it.

I'm having trouble figuring out the problem...

Say you have a 10 day trip, book your 7 days of FP. Once you use a day you can book day 8, and on day 3 book day 9 and so on... How hard is that?

You can book a FP from your hotels hottub if you wanted to its so easy

I called about this the other day. For my wedding in June...I'm actually hopping rooms 4 times...which I feel will be a logistical nightmare for us, but I called Disney and they said the MB's with our AP's would be activated/deactivated for each room. I was worried we'd end up with 8 different MB's between the two of us.
