Passholder Website with Exchange Cert?

Has anyone logged into the Passholder website on the WDW site with only their Exchange Certificate? It says you can, but when it is asking for the passholder ID I don't know the sequence I am supposed to enter the information. It seems it is printed differently on the exchange certificate as opposed to the actual annual pass. Has anyone done this before and if so, could they give me some hints?

I have an AP voucher and was able to log in but it took a few tries. You plug in the numbers on the back at the top of the voucher.

For me I put in the letters first; mine was WDW.
Then I put in the 3 numbers to the right of the WDW.
Then I put in the date I bought it which is located on the back also
Finally (and this was the tricky part for me) I put in the number (s) just before the price I paid. For me it was a number, a space and a number. For awhile I kept trying BOTH numbers but it didn't work. I then put in only one and it worked! But this last number could be either one number or up to 5.

I'm in! That did it! Thanks so much! Now, I can find ways to spend more money at WDW while tricking myself I am saving with the AP discounts.
