Passholder website not working?

Well it's 5 am in Tampa! We're staying with my parents at their condo for a few days which is great! 2 min walk to the beach! Horrible sofa bed! Which might be the reason that I am up after 5 hours of sleep with a sore back after only 4 hours of sleep the night before! So now on to my question!

I'm trying to log into the passholder website and it keeps telling me that I have entered an "invalid ID number" I know I entered it right! Does this site go down for a bit at night? Is anyone else having this problem? I have an hour to waste before everyone is getting up for our deep sea fishing today so I was hoping to book our room for Tuesday night before they get up.

I've been using it alot lately. I've not had any problems. It does go down when they are updating it.

Just renewed mine yesterday - first try had invalid id- turns out i put the year 09 instead of 08 on the last digits. But corrected and renewed with no problem.

It would not surprise me if it had something to do with the update to load THV into the CRO system.

The Disney web site broken? Noooooooo...

For several days now, if I try and access the passholder site, I get kicked back to the main WDW page. If I clear my cookies I should get access again, but then I have to enter my my AP info again, even though it is in my profile as well.

This is the same site that allows you to enter your DDE/TIW card information, except it doesn't accept the information.

And the same site that when logging in to enter a contest, I get a blank screen instead of any sort of confirmation that I've been entered.

And despite reporting all these problems, I have yet to get a response, much less a resolution

i'ver had the same invalid problem. contacted disney via phone and they walked me through it and it still came up invalid. their reply was "i don't know what to tell you, it works on ours". others on other boards have made the same complaint. it's just the luck of the draw. a disney tech even e mailed me and told me how to do it and it still came up invalid. i tried on my relatives pc's and same problem so it's not likely it's my pc. i gave up trying
