I'm looking on the passholders special offers online for a value resort. When I am given my selection for any of the All Star Resorts, there are two windows that pop up. I am looking at February 29 thru March 4. The preferred room rate is diferent in each of the two windows. What am I not seeing? Could someone look at this for me?

Since you didn't say what resort, I checked out the Pop. After selecting your dates all of the resorts appear in a list. Down at the end of the list is the value. By selecting whichever resort, the customize your trip screen appears, where you can decide which room you prefer. For Pop on those dates you can choose between a standard view or preferred room. For the standard the rates per night are Fri. and Sat. $129 each and Sun. and Mon. are $79 each all without tax. The preferred is $12 more per night. All values are the same rate. Hope that helps.

I wish those were the rates!! I'm in peak season. It's the week after President's week. Specifically, take All Star Sports, peferred room. The first selection is for a total of $525 for the four nights. Breaking down it is $141 for Friday and Saturday and $91 for Sunday and Monday. The alternate offer is for a total of $491 - $126 for Friday and Saturday and $91 for Sunday and Monday. Now, I will gladly take the $491 total. Guess I need to grab it while it is there. I checked some other resorts and it is doing the same thing - two different offers for the same resort, same room types. Am I missing something?

I looked and saw that it was offering you two different amounts for the exact same room and type and both calling them passholder discount. I would take the smaller one and run with it. I'll be watching this the next time I book.
