Passholder Magic Band charging?

We are fairly new FL passholders and each time we visit, we comment how much easier it'd be if Disney let us attach a credit card to our magic band to just charge to. We love that option when staying onsite! Does anyone know if there may ever be plans for that to happen? Would sending feedback to guest services make any difference in moving it forward? Or, am I an idiot and it already is an option and I missed it somehow?

Though we do spend less money without that arm band charging option... which means it'd pay off big time for Disney!

Apologies if this has been discussed at length in the past - we are very new to the frequent theme park visits.

It's currently not something you can do.

When you stay on site your room is charged, not a card attached to your band. Then at a certain threshold or when you check out, your card on file is charged.

Nothing is ever actually attached to your mb, it just reads what's in your mde. They'd have to let the system have you put a card on your mde and then immediately charge you card then. I'm sure they know that a lot of people would enjoy it but no one outside of Disney knows if it's a feature that could come
