Passholder - counter service discounts

Is there such a thing as a list that shows what counter service locations can be used with the Passholder Discount (Parks and Hotels). I tried to use it at numerous locations in Parks and at hotels and sometimes it was accepted and other times it was not (no rhyme or reason as to when it does or doesn't) ?

I haven't seen a list specifically for QS discounts but this is the full list of restaurants that includes 10% & 20% discounts:

This isn't the official list and it doesn't specify QS vs. TS, but it does list the various forms of discounts.

If you're going before September 30, 2017 there are also special 45th Anniversary Dining Benefits. The website lists the QS and Table Service locations here:

They didn't for the Processional Dining Package. I would bet they won't for other dining packages.

No on the AP discount, I don't have the Visa.

We only got discounts on alcohol with TiW. Our AP and Disney Visa discounts didn't apply when we were there in October.

I have found the official Disney AP list is just a general guide. Some places have been added and with others the discount has been increased. Only way to know is by asking the staff. The official Disney TiW list is usually up to date and the only one where the discount on alcohol is always included.

I've found this too, I always ask, doesn't hurt.
