Disney has 30 days to exercise its Right of First Refusal.

Then it will take another 1-2 weeks for the title company to get Estoppels from Disney.

Then it will take however long it takes for the buyer and seller to send back their closing documents.

Then it will take Disney 1-2 weeks to get your new contract loaded in the system.

We went to ROFR on 3/30. Heard back on 4/26. Now waiting on Estoppels which they said would be 1-2 weeks.

We are in rofr too... Seems like the period after rofr will seem Longer than rofr...
