Pass Thru Window At Crockett's

Since they installed the pass-through window to the porch from the bar at Crockett's,,,, has anyone ever seen it in operation or actually used it? Every time I'm there, there is a bench blocking access to it.

Yeah, maybe that is why they are charging 98 dollars a night in JULY for next year!
