I have a party of 8 - 4 rooms all on dining plan. I realize that they will add the 20% gratuity but how will that show up on the bills? Will they have the credits deducted and then a place that shows what the 20% would be so that you can pay that amount. I am wanting to pay cash for the tip.

I have never done dining plan with that large of group before.

Yes. Because the tip is mandatory with parties of that size but not covered by the dining plan credits, each room's check will display what that order's gratuity is. You can use cash, credit, room charge..

You can tell your waiter you're on the dining plan and you tell rhem which people/couples are on each bill. If you order an app or alcohol not covered by the plan, those items and their portion of the 18% mandatory group tip will be on each person's bill. They will ask how you want to pay and you can do cash, credit or magic band to charge to your room.

We are a party of six. Will we be able to adjust the tip amount according to the level of service? If outstanding, we would want to tip more than 18%. If the service is bad (only happened one time in many visits) we would adjust accordingly along with a conversation with the dining manager.

you can always leave more, but to adjust downward you must speak with a manager.
