Party for the Senses release date

Can someone tell me when we should be able to sign up for Party for the Senses and other specialty dining for Food and Wine 2016?

The food/drink are things you find at booths during the food and wine festival? Or total different food?

Information on booking is usually released mid to late July with booking beginning late July to early August. DVC and DIsney Visa card holder usually get a few days booking advantage before it open up to the general public.
