Party Favors for kids parties

I posted a couple of days ago that I wanted to make tshirts for my ds birthday party. I changed my mind because there will be at least 20 kids at the party and I was thinking about it, it is such a cute idea but than I was second guessing myself like who wears a size 6 or wears a 4t...yadda yadda.
So I am sharing because I am so EXCITED, I just bought 14 inch bubble wand/sticks at Walmart for a dollar!!!
My theme is Madagascar (we are having the party at the zoo!) and I bought half yellow and half lime green. I bought curling ribbin at Walmart for 44 cents and I am doing up the girls bubbles (yellow) with hotpink, orange and yellow ribbons on top to make them a festive.
The boys(lime green) I am making with lime green, royal blue and light blue curling ribbons.
Last, I ordered sticker labels on Ebay specifying to make them 1"wide and 2" long and they are being printed with Michaels 5th Birthday with the Madagascar animals on them. the stickers for 30 were only $3.00!
Just sharing, because I dislike buying loot bags with the plastic junk that goes into the garbage!!

Thanks for this! I'm just starting to plan my son's party (he'll be 4) and the place where we're having it will do the goodie bags, for 2.95 or 3.95 a piece. So, I was looking for something a little more creative and inexpensive that will actually be used

Very Cool idea! I just got done making 20 t-shirts for DS Party...
I wanted to do something different, something that wasn't cheap china toys (ya know, the kind that most kids get) But your idea does sound cool

I also dislike the loot bags also.

I have been lucky the past few years. My DD birthday is mid July and most summer stuff is on sale. Last year I got Disney Beach towels and Sunglasses from Disney shopping. The towels were 2.75 and the glasses were 1.25- it was the big 4th july sale. I was limited in my selection but the girls got princess towels and the boy got Cars with matching sunglasses.
