Party dining credits

My mother, who is handicapped, will be with us at Disney this year. We assume she will be going back to rest for at least half the day. If she doesn't use her table/quick service credits, can we? I assume by wearing her magic band when she's back at our hotel resting?

Also, if I make a reservation for 4 but she can't make it, and 3 of us do, are we charged for her missing reservation? Just $10?

As long as someone shows up for the ADR, you won't be charged a no-show fee.

If you're all in the same room, on same reservation, then the DDP credit are pooled and available to all in your room at any time (except little kiddos, of course) on everyone's MB; you won't need her band. You can use her credits, but then what will she eat back at the hotel?

She eats very little. One small meal a day is typical.
