Hi!! We have gone to WDW a few times, but never during the week of thanksgiving. We have a party of 8, 4 kids, but disney adults. I can make dining reservations next week, but some how my brain is just stuck! So I am looking for suggestions for our party of 8. All week really, but specifically on Thanksgiving day. We will be in the parks and have hoppers so we can be flexible. I am just drawing a blank of where I should try for. We might do 1 character meal, but we have all boys (10, 10, 13 and 15) so they don't care about princesses sadly. We have done Tusker house, Ohana, Topolino's, Garden Grill, and Crystal Palace in the past. I do want to try Steakhouse 71 this trip for sure.

I don't have specific restaurants for you (although SH71 is a good choice), but hopefully you are prepared for the possibility of having 2 different folks in your party booking tables for 4 around the same time. 8 can be a challenge, especially during such a busy time. We had 8 last December and the max we could find to book at SH71 was 7. But we did 2 reservations of 4 close to the same time, and asked at check in - and they sat us together. You might know this, buy the same person cannot hold 2 ADRs around the same time, which is why you might need a second person ready to book with you. If it were us with 8, I'd probably start looking at Boma for Thanksgiving. Hope you find a fun place to enjoy Thanksgiving dinner with the family! Sounds fun.

Yeah... I wish I could depend on someone else to help me with that, but it isn't gonna happen lol. They don't even trust them selves to buy the tickets without me standing there walking them thru it. I know it's going to be hard. It is even during less busy times. Although we did do spring break in 2023 and it wasn't too horrible.

Our family of 9 enjoyed Biergarten for Christmas, and there shouldn’t be an issue booking a table for 8 there for Thanksgiving.

We are in the same boat with a party of nine. I make a reservation for a party of five in my account and another reservation for a party of four on an account I made for my wife. Just set up an account using a party member and use the same password as your account to make things easy to remember. I’ve been doing this for years. Good Luck

We went on a Thanksgiving trip in 2022.

For dinner of course we wanted LTT, but that's a tough ask on Thanksgiving.

Instead, we had an excellent traditional T'day meal at Steakhouse71.
