Part two of our cruise video (sort of)

I am so glad that many of you enjoyed the first part of our 2/21/04 cruise video. As I stated earlier my husband has been very busy at work, and has not had time to start work on part two. However I heard an old song on the radio the other day, and I became inspired to make a short video to the song. I hope that you all enjoy it.

WARNINGS ---
1) This will not be even remotely close to the same quality of work that my husband does. However it is still fun.
2) Please keep a sense of humor while watching this video, which happens to be all about my youngest niece (whom I adore) and her time on the ship.

I hope you enjoy it. The download time will be about the same as the last video (4 minutes or so on high speed internet, 20 minutes or so on dial up.)

What video software do you use to make these? Are they pretty easy to figure out - I would love to do these with my cruise videos!

We use IMovie which is a program that comes with Mac computers. Some of the stuff my husband does is done with Photoshop. IMovie is very easy to use! This movie took about an hour or two to make (with numerous child interruptions), however when you are doing the really detailed work like my husband's video it will take significantly longer. I just dont have that kind of patience.

The part that cracks me up every time is her blowing around on the basketball court. This was on our last morning on the way to CC. As you can see the storms were brewing! Quite a rocky day with the waves.

I loved the movies. Actually, the second one had me all teary eyed. My daughters are 16 and 21 and it made me really miss those years of them being short people. You did a wonderful job putting those together.

I'm sorry, did the video not download at all? Was it the actual 2nd video that you could not see (the one on the first line)? Or was it the video posted on the second line? This might help my husband be ab;e to decipher a problem. Did anyone else have a problem?
