PART FIVE!! *December 2012 Roll Call* Holidays, FLE & MVMCP!! A very, merry thread!

So I wasn't going to leave the house this weekend. But CVS lost one of DS's prescriptions. So I went to pick it up and buy a few last minute items. and this jumped into my cart.

It lights up, moves and plays Christmas carols. I have no idea how Im going to fit this in my luggage.

I still have all of *my* figures in a Darth Vader case. DS inherited them but he recently packed them up with all of his and put them in the basement.

DS plays with DH's figures when he visits MIL. He's getting some of his very own from Santa this year. He is obsessed with Star Wars and Super Heroes right now. It makes me a little sad. When we were cleaning his room the other day, he told me that he wants to donate some of his Little People toys. My baby is turning into a little boy.

I'm going to need a Yachtsman dining review!

Supercute and your dd looks just like you :) Where was that picture taken?
.

Thanks! It was during the flower & garden festival, somewhere between Italy and the US

So many of you check in to POR or POFQ next weekend!!!!! Now I am hoping we go with Plan B. Ok not really, that would really stress me out. :rotfl2: I need to go back to the list and see who will still be here with me. And of course our first group will be back so that will be good. :thumbsup2

Today is DH's birthday. We went out to breakfast and then watched our nephew bowl. He went to the casino to play slots and I took a nap. He will be home soon and we are going shopping and to dinner.

I was talking to my SIL at bowling and their 6 year old cat ran away on Tuesday. He goes out a little bit during the day, but usually stays on their back porch and never goes out after dark. So they were all upset and searched for him and notified everyone around them. BIL got home late Friday night and the cat was sitting on the front porch, hungry but otherwise fine. I thought all of you animal lovers would appreciate that. :)

Glad your SIL & BIL's cat came back. One of ours is like that. Usually sits on the back deck with the dogs but every once in a while she'll show up in the front

For some reason, online check in very rarely lets you make true requests. I've only ever seen a couple of options, and I've stayed at a lot of hotels. They're normally, "Pack & Play", "Ground Floor", or "Near Transportation". When I stayed at All Star Sports, all of the sections were available as request options. If there is something you really want to request, call Disney and add it that way.

I went ahead and checked in online, and it carried over the request I made when I booked the room (ground floor) so I'm good to go!

I hate stairs at the end of the day, and the elevators are often awkwardly placed.

I love it!!! There CVS isn't that far from here, but all the other cute things everyone has found at Wallgreens and such I haven't.

Do you think it's okay to have a bamboo rolling pin in my carry on? I mean, it's not sharp or anything but I suppose it could be used as a weapon?

I wouldn't. That could be a weapon. Will it fit in your checked baggage?

Hmm, there's something I don't have on my packing list. :confused3:

Yeah. I decided to move it. I do not want to risk TSA needing to open my bag in front if DS.

Yes, they will still be attached. We have had our requests honored all but one time using OLC.

Thank goodness! I already phoned my requests in, but got nervous when they didn't show up at online check in! I guess I can stop being a scardey cat and check in now! ;)

All right, it seems like most people would take it easy on that free time day I have, so I'm going to go with that. Plus, I like the idea of no schedule for a day. I'll head on over to WS for people-watching and the performers- when I finally get up.

My BIL's cat is just like that. She disappears and only shows up when he is home. The rest of the family are just not good enough for her!

Aw, poor pup! Looks like you've got her all set up with a comfy pillow and lots of love though.
I do, but she's not drinking enough. :(

Did you catch the times of the Nemo show? Actually both shows at AK? Did I make that up? Lol!!!
Is it possible to see all three shows at AK in a single day?

Is this what you are looking for?

I love that! But as far as I know no December DIS'er is staying at the YC during my week, so it won't do me any good. I'm all alone over there.

Off Kilter is always on our must-do list. And Miyuki, the Japanese candy maker.
I love Off-Kilter- though my ears are probably better off if I'm at a distance. Haven't seen the candy lady, but she's on my list. There are also quite a few Christmas storytellers there this time of year, so that'll be fun, too.

Instead I drink here.. At least it's cheaper!

I was just told not to worry about not getting an ADR - we'll go there next time. :cool1: THERE'S GOING TO BE A NEXT TIME!!!!!

Yay for a next time!!!!:cool1:

That is so cute!!

NEW VIDEO: Full ride on Test Track 2.0 at @WaltDisneyWorld - http://youtu.be/l8rPapPZKRw (1080p HD w/ binaural audio!) @screamscape

I'm not actually going to watch this. I want to be surprised.

Im not watching either. Every time I saw a picture or watched a video of FLE, DH would say you are ruining the surprise. So just for him, I will let this be a surprise. :goodvibes

We'll be just across the water at BWI. I think we may be wandering through WS ourselves on Sunday now. I don't remember your dates but we'll be there 10-17.
