What are the different sauce options on the parm crusted chicken?!

When we did our tasting we tried it with a mushroom cream sauce.

We did too and it was absolutely to die for! Unfortunately, too many of our guests don't like mushrooms so we are going for a creamy tomato sauce called parma rosa, which is similarly delicious!

Its really good!!!

ETA: I don't know if you are having a sit down or buffet but I am having a buffet and I asked for all sauces to be on the side just in case guests don't want any sauce. I am sure they could do something like that for a sit down also.
