parks shut at 11pm in oct is this right?

as asked above is this right , iwas told this last night by a disney person on the disney booking line seems late for october was just wondering if anyone could confirm or disagree with this

When we were there in October last year the parks shut at 7pm.

They might have meant on Halloween night but I have never known the park to shut that late in October unless its a new thing for this year.
