Parks Hours on Mobile App, Website, don’t match

I’m looking at park hours for an upcoming trip (September 18-21). Park hours on the mobile App don’t match the website (or the App on my I-Pad). I know WDW is fond of putting placeholders for park hours. Is there a reason to think that the phone App hours will be right?

I have never encountered a website worse than Disney.com. The website is considered a "Point of Sale" and all I get is looping, refreshing and Stich saying that "someone ate my page". I could not even change reservations on my daughter's IPHONE 14 pro max. It just looped with Woody telling us not to refresh.

I think the hours will be what is on your phone. Also, undercover tourist and disney food blog post the hours.

Thank you. These hours aren’t yet posted on the third party sites. Perhaps they just got posted on the mobile app.

Even the most die-hard Disney fans (like me) will have to admit that Disney's website is not the world's greatest or most reliable website.

Hours are usually "placeholder" when first released, then updated about three weeks prior to a more "final" state. Of course they are subject to change at any time, but my bet is those September hours will be updated September 1. (It usually happens on Friday.)

And yeah, Disney IT is the stuff of nightmares.

Touring Plans has been sending out revised hours for that week, we'll be there the 12th - 23rd. I did notice the park hours decreased by an hour at most parks except for Epcot. It remained 9am to 9pm.

Thanks. The mobile App hours just changed to later openings for AK and HS than previously posted.
