Kim - William Shakespeare's hot mamma was Anne Hathaway. I have a picture of her replica house that I took when I was in Stratford-Upon-Avon a few years ago.

A Shakespearaen AAQ to Jay with an assist from Kim ... this has been a trend lately Jay, lol:) And a special extra credit to Mrs. P for seeing the REAL garden, lol:jester:

Ok ... there are lots of AAQs out there ... someone toss a question out please.

OK...since I have a few here...
Which of Henry VIII's palaces is partially replicated in the UK pavillion?

OK...that should keep the game moving....I'll think of a better one later...:)

I'll give Kim the credit on this one. I just picked up on her answer. :) So I'll give her the AAQ card for this question.

But since I still technically haven't asked a question for one I got right a few pages ago, here goes a Monday softball:
There is a character hanging from the clock above the MuppetVision entrance. Who is it?

And congrats to the "team that invented losing," the Tampa Bay Bucs!!! :)

Higgsi is it the summer palace?

Jay isn't it Gonzo handing from the clock at Muppets? I love that attraction:)

A special sundial shaped AAQ to Jen! It is Gonzo hanging from the clock on the MuppetVision building. :)

Thanks for the warm welcome back everyone.

Highlights of the trip:

I got in the hotseat! got me a hat and lost on the 8,000 question, "what was the sequel to Alice in wonderland."
Was record cold in WDW(I didnt mind).
I got some turtle fudge on Sunset in MGM.
DD remembered more than a 2.8 yr old should have but hey I dont mind.
Got Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Pluto, Gippeto, Cat in the hat, the mad hatter, chip, dale, tigger, eyeore, pooh, piglet, and several other's autographs and pictures with DD.
Eating popcorn on mainstreet and seeing spectromagic with someone's child thinking I was his pillow(this was funny).
Doing the Land walkthrough tour and getting some really good Ideas for a garden(I just planted some of those dwarf tomatos).
Hearing welcome home everytime I went through the OKW gate.
Finding "Tony's" seasoning in Walmart and making some of the grub edible by sprinkling it on the grub.
Taking some really good pictures for the Disboards, questions questions questions(I always seem to think of this tread, you people have made your mark on me).
Watching DD say, "Look mommy Look daddy!!!!"
Meeting people from Brazil, Pennsylvania, N. Carolina, Scotland(couldnt understand a word from this guy), michigan, minnisota, Indiana, and W. Virginia.

It was a really good trip.

I'll guess King henry's summer home for the answer to the castle uk question.

Since you teased us with your trip report CD ...

How about tossing out a current question while we wait for Higgsi to confirm or deny the answers to his castle questions;)

I'd love to give out a question. But I'll wait my turn.
Besides, I have to copy my pictures to a CD and get them into my web domain.

I do have a non picture question ready though if I get the opportunity.

Good afternoon everyone! I know I haven't been here for a week, but life intervened! I was interested in the discussion about 20 pages ago as to the direction the PG was headed. I am a pretty new newbie, and I will certainly defer to others, I just love playing the game! Fluff or no fluff, set the tone, and I will follow!

:D

As to the question...the only palace I can think of from King Henry VIII is the one mentioned in the Prince and the Pauper, wasn't it Hampton Court?

Looks like we are awaiting confirmation on Higgsi's question so I am going to turn in this AAQ from Jay ...

Where in the "World" do you find a tiny village complete with trains?

I'm back...did you miss me?

Anyway...Mkelly nails my question...the palace is Hampton Court!

Not sure about the village complete with trains...but I'll take a blind guess and say IASW....

DisneyJen: In Germany at WS! With your back to the lagoon, it's on the right of the pavillion. (My DS loves them!)

OO OO OO - I know. The little train village is in Germany. I always stop by there to see what holiday/event the little town is celebrating.

I'm way too busy to ask a question, so I defer to all those other AAQ's out there. Ask away.

-Kim

edit: booger - Mikelly beat me! Which is faster the Speed of light or the Speed of the PG?

Can I change my IASW ansewer to the village question to Germany?? I know I don't get an AAQ...but I just wanted to be on the winning answer team :)

Thanks Higgs (BTW how about some more "association" questions)!

Let's go retro...

In the old Mr. Toad's Wild Ride there were two tracks. Both tracks entered Toad Hall and then went to two separate locations. Then everyone went around the town circle and the two tracks again split up and went into two different buildings. 1) Name the two locations you went to after exiting Toad Hall. 2) Name the two locations you went after the town circle. Bonus! 3) Link the two answers-which went where?

Hey Kim, I'll call it a tie! ;)

Ya'll, I've been thinking, I don't think my question qualifies as a "let's walk around the park" question. It's more of a "trip down memory lane" question. Is my question going against the new direction of the board? If it is, I will immediately retract it. If not, I'll leave it. Help-guidance please!!

Mikelly nails it ... and turns in her AAQ ... hey work got in the way, lol.

IMHO, your question is fine Mikelly ... it's one that will make us ride the attraction in our mind:)

mikelly...welcome back! And don't worry about your question...it's a good one! If we think a question is getting too far from the area of this thread, don't worry. You'll get a quick visit from our nice Parks Game Semantics Police (the ones with the sleek black monorail) and they'll let you know.

Hey...we've all been visited by the PGSP at some point....MBabe and I even got hauled off one time for some obscure reason! :)

And I only rode Mr. Toad's Wild Ride once, so my memory is pretty hazy (I thought somebody slipped hallucinagenic drugs in my Dole Whip!). I know he was dashing around London, so I'll say:

Track 1: Left Toad Hall and went to the Tower of London. Left there and went to Buckingham Palace.

Track 2: Left Toad Hall and went to the Tate Museum. Left there and went to Picadilly Square!
