I know if I book a reservation on points or cash through member services then I won’t pay to park. What about a cash reservation through cro? I’m staying in a studio at the boardwalk but I booked the room on disneyworld.com. All the info I’ve read just says cash reservations don’t pay to park if staying in a dvc room but it doesn’t specify if the room needs to be booked with member services or through Disney itself.

Disney Vacation Club Members
Members will not be charged for standard overnight self-parking when staying at a DVC Deluxe Villa, regardless of whether they use vacation points or another form of payment. Members also will not be charged to park when using vacation points to stay at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel.

Based on the above, parking should be free for members staying at a DVC resort regardless of payment method or booking method.
