I am arriving around 8:30 on Monday what lot should I park in?

I am arriving around 8:30 on Monday what lot should I park in?

I arrive via I-5 South. In the morning I usually go to Toy Story because if I try to M&F and get redirected it takes so much longer. Later in the day I prefer M&F.

For me, it generally seems like it's easiest to just park in whichever lot they direct you to when you exit the freeway rather than try to get to a specific parking lot.

Since this thread has to do with parking and lots I have a question...the new Homewood Suites seems to be right next to Toy Story lot, so some have said you can walk to the lot and catch the shuttle if we were to do that, does the shuttle run pretty regularly or we would usually have to wait for it and does it run before opening and after closing? Like if we wanted to get to the gate 30 mins before opening or do magic morning could we ride the shuttle like that?

Parking structures for the theme parks open one hour prior to the published and scheduled Disneyland Park opening time. On days featuring Magic Morning Early Admission, the Mickey & Friends Parking Structure opens 90 minutes before the published Disneyland Park opening time.

If MM starts at 7am or 8am I would not count on the first shuttle leaving at 7am or 8am as that is when the gates will open and guests will begin to filter in.
