i was looking at the parks via google maps. is the parking in two parking garages that have walkways that go to city walk, and then leads to the entrances of the parks? and anyone know about how long it takes to drive from windsor hills?

Yes...there are covered moving walkways from the garage to right outside Bubba Gump's restaurant. You will have to walk to the parks from there.

On a good day, I would say 20-30 minutes from Windsor Hills depending on traffic. If there's an accident or something on I-4, it will take a long time. You should probably allow 45 minutes to an hour just in case something happens.

I don't know if there are two, but you park on one side of the road in the ginormous parking garage (or maybe one of two garages, don't know), then walk and take moving walkways to get over to citywalk. From there you can get to either park.
