Sorry I posted this in the wrong place before....I would like to know if parking is allowed at other disney hotels if you are a dvc member? I know you use to be able to but that has been awhile back. For instance, can I park at the Polynesian for easier access to the monorail or do I have to park in the main parking lot when going to the Magic Kingdom?

You can get a 3 hour parking pass for a resort you are not staying at if you plan on using that resort for dining or shopping. All of the resorts near theme parks specifically state that you may not park there for theme park access. In addition if you are not actually staying on Disney property you will have to pay for parking at the theme parks unless you have an annual pass.

Just as the other poster said a 3hr pass is issued at the Resort gate, we are Dvc also. :) Dvc have lost a lot of our little perks.

No, you cannot park at the Polynesian if your intent is to go to the Park. You can only park at the Polynesian if you're staying there or dining there (3 hours). If you want to go to MK, take Disney transportation, or park at the park.

As a guest of the WDW resorts (DVC or no DVC), you get free parking. If you're an AP/PAP holder, you get free parking. If you ARE DVC but not staying at the resort or not a pass holder, you have to pay for parking.

We are staying at Kidani. Just wasn't sure if I could park at the hotels are not. Thanks for the info.

I agree. I remember a few years back they even had complimentary valet parking at some of the hotels.
