Does anyone know if we pay for parking for the day if we can leave an come back without paying again ?

Yes, you can as long as you keep your receipt. You'll need to show it when you come back.

As far as I know, the above mentioned is the case for all of the major theme parks in Orlando. As longas you have the receipt, you can come and go as you please...either at Universal, Disney World, or Sea World.
