Parking with handicap permit

Hi, my mom has a permit to use the handicap parking spaces and she said it should be free to park at disneyland with these. I can't find anything on their website. Does anyone know about this? Thank you.

It is not free, I know what she means as my mom is also in a chair.

The only time parking is free is basically on government property (parking meters and such)

And pay lot (stadiums, DL, etc.) you have to pay what is posted at the normal rate.

Disney does have parking in the M&F structure bottom level and in the lot next door.
