My adult son will be using an ECV next week on his doctor's advice due to heart problems, but we won't have a Handicap parking tag (just received this recommendation yesterday and are leaving Saturday). We're staying offsite so will be driving to the parks each day. I read the FAQs re parking with an ECV and know that the ECV can't go on the parking tram. So, it sounds like we have two alternatives:
1) Drop our son and the ECV at the guest drop-off location, park the car in the regular lot and then ride the tram to the entrance as usual. My question re that process is, is there an easy way to get from the guest drop-off at each park to the regular lot, or should we expect to have to exit the parking area and re-enter at the end of the line?
2) Or would it make sense for us to park as usual, unload the ECV in the parking lot, and have our son drive it to the park entrance while we take the tram?
