I am an annual passholder who stayed at the CBR in February and linked my passes to my magic band. When we were at the resort, we had a parking pass that was issued for the length of stay. Parking is free for Annual Passholders, but with my AP now linked to my MB, will I need to bring the now defunct RFID ticket that says "Walt Disney World Passholder" on it in order to park for free (we are staying off-site for a convention this May)? We had to show our defunct cards in order to get the merchandise discount in February, but I'd really prefer to carry just the band if I can since the card is no longer active.
***Please note - the pass is active, but the card isn't because it was linked to my MB. This isn't a "how do I get around paying for something" thread - I just want to know what the expectation is since in the past all we had to do was show our AP to the parking attendant.
Thanks in advance.
