If you pay to park at Universal, is the parking pass good at Sea World on the same day - and vice versa?

Are the resorts decorated for the holidays in December? If we want to see them on a day when we don't plan to visit the parks, is there a way to do this without paying parking fees?

Is there a parking fee for visiting any of the Universal resorts? What about to eat in their restaurants?

If the parks close at 7 pm, how late do the boats run between CityWalk and the resorts? Could we park after 6pm (free) for CityWalk and wander to the resorts to look? Would we be able to get back okay to our car? How late is the parking garage open?

if you have a Flexticket, you can use the parking pass at SW and UO on the same day. daily parking at the resorts is $15.00, overnight $12.00. i don't know if they have a temporary parking pass like they do for dining/shopping like Disney does.

if you want to tour the resorts without paying parking, visit after 6 pm and take advantage of the free parking. Citywalk doesn't close until 2 am nightly, so you won't have a problem with the water taxi schedule.
