Parking somewhere OTHER than Peabody..

We are staying at The Peabody for 2 nights in 4 weeks. I just read pages of bad reviews at Tripadvisor about The Peabody's parking problems. Is there anyplace close to park and walk to the Peabody ?? Any words of wisdom ??

Will the valet cost be included since we are staying Club level? Any likelihood that we might not ahve to wait as long for our car or is it all first come first "serve"?

Anywhere else to park then? Even to just leave it during the day for a little while we we change for dinner or something so we don't have to wait so long for valet. Does anyone know if it has gotten any better ????
