When we visit WDW at our DVC resort we have family that lives in the Orlando area visit us for a day. They hang out for the day and then we might eat at a non park restaurant or go to Disney Springs. Will they be charged to park their car? won’t be there overnight. Thanks

I’ve heard of people using their magicband to let others into hotel parking areas.

No. Currently, day guests do not pay to park at a resort. Only those who stay overnight pay for parking at the resorts. The charge is added to their resort bill. However, a resort guest whose stay is paid for with with points (i.e., DVC members and their guests / renters) do not pay for overnight parking.
