Parking Question at Disney Springs

Is there any parking left behind the Marketplace area.....behind World of Disney/Trend D, Once Upon a Toy area......or is all of the parking in the new ramp now?

No, there's no parking there anymore. Currently there's parking in the parking garage and behind Cirque Du Soleil, then parking across the street. Next parking will be around World Of Disney area when the second parking garage is done

We have 6:00 dinner reservations for a Tuesday night (February 9th to be precise). We planned on leaving Animal Kingdom around 5:00-5:30. Should this give us enough time, with all the construction going on and parking constraints? And as for parking, should there be available spaces in the parking garage, or should we just plan on parking across the street in the open lots?

We almost felt trapped in the garage on our visit last January...only a single exit lane with a traffic light just beyond the exit so exiting traffic was jammed up beyond belief back into the garage because of the traffic light. Fortunately I told my husband to drive around the lot looking for a secondary exit which we found and was luckily not crowded at all.

For those who have been recently, should we attempt the drive or just use the WDW resort bus?

Behind the marketplace is where they are building the second parking garage so there is no available parking right now. The new ramp comes in between the Team Disney building and Typhoon Lagoon, direct to the completed parking garage. Last visits were October and December and parking in the garage was a breeze for us every time.

We parked in the garage on December 19th. It wasn't difficult at all and there was plenty of parking and that was during the Christmas rush. My 16 year old son actually drove us from the hotel and into the parking deck. So if a 16 year old can do it, anyone can!!

I was just there on Friday, there should be spots left. People come and go - the cool thing is that the garage is super automated and tells you how many spots are on each level and which row they are in.

Leaving at 5pm should be good. 5:30 might cut it a little close depending on what restaurant you need to walk to. You'll find parking in the parking garage.
