Parking passes?

Well the Security Guards at OKW never had this "explanation" (nor would it really be applicable there. They are "doing it for your security" And they do it ALL the TIME!!!!! (OKW does not have a gate operated by key card!)

Of course my best friends NAME is on the parking pass and her DH is driving. THey do NOT have the same last name so I know he wasn't checking that. He didn't go look on his handy dandy computer to see if DH belonged there........ So HOW was I more "protected" ? (Did showing him a DL ensure that the folks in the back seat were not thiefs or terrorists????)

I don't know why OKW does that all year since my family and I have never stayed there. All I did was explain what the Contemporary did on a major holiday. I will say again whenever we return to the Contemporary they still ask for our KTTW card and then they let us drive threw. However if we go to the entrance where we insert our KTTW card, then we don't need to have the security guards check our KTTW cards. So I am sure they have that OKW and maybe it's something you should consider doing the next time you stay there.
