Hi all - thanks for reading! Thought this would be the perfect group to help with this potential strategy.

Three families are heading to Disney in December, one is staying on-site (and using only the Disney Bus Service). Two families are staying off site and will have two cars. Could the family staying on-site obtain a parking pass which could be used for those staying off site and driving to the parks each day?

Furthermore, is it possible to obtain two parking passes?

Thanks again!

We have done that in the past. Never used two, but you can get two passes

Wanting to cheat by not paying for parking?

You could.

Not cool, though, IMO.

Definitely not the audience for this question.

We were down for a wedding in 2006. We specifically ASKED at check-in if we could use our parking pass in this exact same manner and the response was SURE. Given that response by the CM how is this cheating?????

A CM allowing it one time does not make it Disney policy.

Free parking is a privilege of staying on site. That does not mean you can stay on site and give out free passes to all of your family and friends. It may be possible to ask for 2 passes and get them. However I highly doubt if you walk up to any CM and say you are handing them out to people who are not staying on site that they would be ok with it.

Can you get away with it? Maybe. Doesn't mean it is something you should be doing.

I'm not really sure why you quoted me - I'm not judging, I'm just pointing out that they seriously misjudged their audience.

Thanks all. No offense intended. I certainly understand and respect the point of view about free parking being a privilege of staying on property.

If you spend more time around here you'll find a ton of great information, but you'll also discover that there are a few hot button issues. Finding ways to park without paying is one of them.
