Parking on Disney property

To get into the hotel parking lot the driver needs to show an ID.

So after we check in how will they know my moms car is Legit with out pass
Why would they care? You're worrying too much.

At the near park resorts, they do still issue parking passes. If you’re staying at a value or moderate hotel, they don’t.

If you have cars for two people staying in the room, just go to the front desk and ask for a second pass. If they aren’t staying in the room, they shouldn’t park there.

Fwiw it was moms question not mine I did not know how to explain to her that MB are used vrs parking passes when staying on property

Once you get on the grounds they are not going to tow you. That is how access is controlled. They are not going to go to the trouble and expense of trolling for cars and towing them. That's for sketchy towing companies.

Some hotels still give cards for the windshield. I think we got one at Boardwalk last year. Mainly because parking is very tight there. When you go to another resort, for example dinner, they check you at the gate and once past the gate you are good to go.
