Parking on check-out day

Does anyone know how parking works on check-out day if you will be in the park all day? We will likely use the skyliner to get to the park instead of driving. Is parking free for that day, or do you have to pay a fee to park past check-out time?

You can park for free all day at the resort you are checking out of. You have access to all resort amenities until 11:59 PM on checkout day

What about parking at the theme parks? We are checking out on Friday but planning on spending that day in the theme parks. Will we be able to park for free at Disney Studios so we can take the Skyliner to Epcot for the day, even if we've checked out of our resort (SSR)?

Yes. You have all resort guest privileges all day of check-out, including free parking at theme parks. You're a Disney Resort Guest until midnight, at which point your carriage turns back into a pumpkin.
