Parking Lot Tram

I did a search on the forums and can't find any answers about this. I know the parking lot trams aren't running right now, but has anyone heard anything on when they might return?

At this point they are using so little of the parking lots I would expect the trams will not return until park capacity is pushed into the 50% or greater range.
