Parking lot opens?

Any idea when the parking lot at MK opens? We have an early PS at CP and want to make sure we make it in time.

We had an early 0805 PS at CP in Feb this year. Arrived at MK about 0700 to give plenty of time to transit (DD was 3). At that time they were not taking money at the booths even though we stopped & offered - it seemed we were too early, but still allowed to park! The downside was no arrows showing where to park, so spent 10mins trying to get to the right parking lot! Had to wait about 10-15 mins for monorail (ferry doesn't operate that early)

When we went to EPCOT for an early seating for the Princess breakfast, they didn't let us into the lot until shortly before eight. No problem, we just walked in. We were just worried about getting there on time having to take the monorail after.
