Parking lot open times

We are arriving in a few weeks, staying at SSR and for various reasons driving to the parks. In the past when we have driven it seems that the parking lots open “about” an hour prior to posted park opening times. Now that resort guests are allowed in 30 minutes earlier than posted times, will the parking lots open earlier as well? Anyone who has been there recently, what have you noticed?
